Step-by-step precision assembly of 8 structured layers in sterile ISO & GMP certified facilities.
Step 1: Soft Cottony-Soft Top Layer Assembly Top Layer
Non-woven hypoallergenic soft cottony sheet is processed for gentle skin contact and friction-free anti-rash protection.
Step 2: ADL Acquisition Layer Integration ADL Layer
Surfactant acquisition layer is embedded to rapidly guide fluid downwards and spread it evenly across the pad length.
Step 3: Green Anion Chip Embedding Anion Chip
Entrodium Tourmaline infused Green Anion Chip is inserted to release negative ions, neutralize pH [7], and inhibit bacterial odor.
Steps 4 & 5: Zelatin Powder Gel Core Locking 200-250 ml Absorb
Super Absorbent Polymer (Zelatin Powder) is layered into the upper & lower absorbent cores. Liquid converts into solid gel instantly for 24-hour leak-proof locking.
Steps 6–8: Barriers, Breathable Film & Packaging Trifold Pack
Double leak-guard side barriers are sealed, ultra-breathable bottom film attached, adhesive release paper mounted, and 6-trifold folded into sterile individual pouches.

Tissue Paper (टिशू पेपर) — First Layer
Tissue paper घाव और रगड़ (friction) से बचाने में मदद करता है तथा त्वचा को हमेशा साफ और सूखा रखने का काम करता है। यह हमारे पैड की First Layer है जो बहुत सॉफ्ट कॉटनी फ़ील देती है।
Anion Chip (एनायन ग्रीन चिप) — Second Layer & pH Balance
Anion chips में Entrodium Tourmaline मिनरल होता है। जब इस पर blood की बूंद पड़ती है, तब Alkaline solution बनता है। Anion chip शरीर का pH balance करता है। Naturally हमारे शरीर का pH Acidic [0-7] के बीच होता है। Anion chip के संपर्क में आने पर pH Neutral [7] हो जाता है। यह दर्द (period pain) को न्यूट्रल करता है, इन्फेक्शन से बचाता है और ब्लड फ्लो को सुचारू (period continue) बनाता है।
Oxygen Layer (ऑक्सीजन लेयर) — Fourth Layer & Impurity Removal
यह हमारे पैड की 4th Layer है। 28 दिन की पीरियड साइकल (menstrual cycle) होती है जिसमें 4-5 दिन ब्लीडिंग के साथ गंदगी (impurity) और हार्मोनल असंतुलन (hormonal imbalance) रहता है। Oxygen Layer शरीर से अशुद्धियों को बाहर निकालती है और Uterus को पर्याप्त oxygen प्रदान करती है, जिससे 1 से 2 महीने में बेहतर परिणाम मिलते हैं।
Zelatin Powder (जेलेटिन पाउडर) — Gel Core & High Absorption
जेलेटिन पाउडर सेनेटरी पैड की 5th/6th Gel Core Layer है। आम मार्किट पैड में कॉटन होता है, जबकि जेलेटिन पाउडर तुरंत लिक्विड को Gel form में बदल देता है। एक स्वस्थ महिला का 4-5 दिन में कुल 30-35 ml ब्लड डिस्चार्ज होता है, जबकि Zelatin Powder की सोखने की क्षमता 200-250 ml है! यह लिक्विड को वापस ऊपर नहीं आने देता और 24 घंटे Leakage Free प्रोटेक्शन देता है।
2nd Oxygen Layer — Sixth Layer Breathability
6th Layer फिर से Oxygen Layer है। यह बीमार तथा संवेदनशील महिलाओं का ध्यान रखकर बनाई गई है। जेलेटिन पाउडर द्वारा सोखने के बाद बची हुई अशुद्धता को बाहर निकालकर Uterus को निरंतर सांस लेने (breathability) योग्य ऑक्सीजन देती है।
